Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the doc-print.com website and related services (the “Service”) operated by EXK Software LLC (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

doc-print.com lets you fill in guided forms to generate and download professional document templates (such as lease agreements and similar forms). Documents are provided as general templates, not legal advice. The Service does not create an attorney-client relationship, and we are not a law firm.

We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of any data you enter or that appears in a generated document. You are solely responsible for reviewing every generated document, for the accuracy and completeness of the information in it, and for ensuring it suits your situation and complies with applicable law before you rely on, sign, or file it.

Some parts of the Service (such as the AI autofill assistant) use an AI model to help fill in fields based on what you tell it or files you attach. AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review and correct any field the assistant fills in before using the document — treat it as a drafting aid, not a source of truth.

• You may use parts of the Service without an account. Paid features require payment information.
• You must provide accurate information and keep any credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use paid features.
• You are responsible for activity under your account or session.

Some features require payment. When offered, a low initial fee may start a written trial period, after which a recurring subscription applies until cancelled.

• Prices are displayed at checkout before you pay and may change for future billing cycles with notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing [email protected].
• If a free or discounted trial is offered, it converts to the stated recurring price at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider (which may act as merchant of record). Billing terms from that provider also apply, and your card/bank statement may show its name rather than "DocPrint".

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful documents.
• Misrepresent documents generated here as legally binding certifications, government forms, or official records when they are not.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service, or access it by unauthorized means.
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Service or underlying templates as a competing product.

You retain ownership of the information you enter. You grant us a limited license to process that information solely to generate your document and operate the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit.

The Service, its design, templates (as frameworks), and software are owned by EXK Software LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Generated documents are yours to use; these Terms do not transfer ownership of the underlying templates or Service to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that documents, including any data entered by you, fetched automatically, or suggested by the AI autofill assistant, are accurate, complete, or legally sufficient for your needs, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data in any document you generate — that responsibility is yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXK Software LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold EXK Software LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of generated documents, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a feature. Paid obligations already incurred survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to this venue.
